Valmate Pressure Die-Casting facility offer a range of semi and fully automated machines from 200 to 1,200 tons locking force for the few grams to 20kg components, the pressure die-casting particularly suitable for high volume runs, faster production rates, and cheaper component cost than other methods. Tighter tolerances, thinner walls and better surface can also be achieved. Valmate also is able to provide ductility die casting process for 5 to 15% high elongation castings and high density, leak-free liquid die casting process.

Quality control checks are performed throughout the casting process from screening the raw materials for stability the concentration of alloy and melted by the US / VIP High / Low-Frequency Induction furnace.
